Directions
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Grease jumbo 6 count muffin pan
- Whisk in large bowl
- Flour
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Cinnamon
- Whisk until combined
- melted butter
- oil
- sugar
- eggs
- Whisk in to above
- Yogurt
- Milk
- Vanilla Extract
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients
- Fold together until completely combined
- Fold in blueberries
- Divide batter between each of the 6 muffin cups
- Fill all the way to the top
- Sprinkle with coarse sugar
- Bake at 425F for 5 minutes
- Reduce heat to 350F for 25-30 minutes
- Until tops are lightly golden brown
