Blueberry Muffins | Sam Sebastian | Prep: 15min | Cook: 30min

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Grease jumbo 6 count muffin pan
  3. Whisk in large bowl
    • Flour
    • Baking Powder
    • Baking Soda
    • Salt
    • Cinnamon
  4. Whisk until combined
    • melted butter
    • oil
    • sugar
    • eggs
  5. Whisk in to above
    • Yogurt
    • Milk
    • Vanilla Extract
  6. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients
  7. Fold together until completely combined
  8. Fold in blueberries
  9. Divide batter between each of the 6 muffin cups
  10. Fill all the way to the top
  11. Sprinkle with coarse sugar
  12. Bake at 425F for 5 minutes
  13. Reduce heat to 350F for 25-30 minutes
  14. Until tops are lightly golden brown

Blueberries 1 1/2 cup frozen
