Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili Mac | Sam Sebastian | Prep: 15min | Cook: 4hr

Directions

  1. Combine in slow cooker:
    • Onion
    • Bell Pepper
    • Pinto Beans
    • Kidney Beans
    • Crushed Tomatoes
    • Chili Powder
    • Cumin
    • Salt
    • Black Pepper
    • Veg Broth
  2. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours
  3. Stir in pasta
    • Cook 15-20
    • Or until pasta cooked through
  4. Stir in cheese
