Single Crust Peach Pie

Directions

  1. Preheat to 450F
  2. Place pie crust in pie plate
  3. Cream sugar and butter together
  4. Add
    • Flour
    • Nutmeg
  5. Spread half of mixture into pie plate
  6. Arrange Peach slices on top of mixture in pie plate
  7. Add remaining mixture on top of peaches
  8. Bake for 10 minutes
  9. Reduce heat to 350F
  10. Bake for 40 minutes
    • Or until brown
