Creamy Mushroom and Asparagus Toss | Sam Sebastian | Prep: 10min | Cook: 20min

Directions

  1. Bring pot of water to rolling boil
  2. Add ziti
  3. Let cook while stirring for 8 minutes
  4. Add chopped asparagus
  5. Let cook 2 more minutes
  6. Drain
  7. Grease medium skillet over medium heat
  8. Add mushrooms
  9. Cook for 4 minutes
  10. Add flour
  11. Cook for one more minute
  12. Add
    • Milk
    • Mustard
  13. Cook until mixture thickens
  14. Add Mushroom mix to Pasta/Asparagus
  15. Toss to coat
  16. Season appropriately with
    • Salt
    • Pepper
