Directions

  1. Soften butter
  2. Mix
    • Butter
    • Peach Preserves
  3. Sprinkle Pork Chops
    • Jerk Seasoning
    • Salt
    • Pepper
  4. Heat in skillet
    • 1 table butter
  5. Brown pork chops for 2-3 minutes each side
  6. Remove pork chops from pan and set aside
  7. Saute peppers in pan for 5-6 minutes Until crisp-tender
  8. Add
    • Pork Chops
    • Peach Preserve mix
  9. Cook until heated through Make sure meat has been fully cooked!
  10. Optionally serve with rice
