Directions
- Place 1 in. of water and carrots sliced in large saucepan
- Bring to a boil
- Cover and simmer for 15-20 min
- Drain
- Return carrots to saucepan
- Add
- Brown sugar
- Butter
- Dijon Mustard
- Pepper
- Cook and stir over low heat until well coated.
