Sweet and Tangy Carrots | Sam Sebastian | Prep: 20min

Directions

  1. Place 1 in. of water and carrots sliced in large saucepan
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Cover and simmer for 15-20 min
  4. Drain
  5. Return carrots to saucepan
  6. Add
    • Brown sugar
    • Butter
    • Dijon Mustard
    • Pepper
  7. Cook and stir over low heat until well coated.
